Brand Design / Healthcare
My Care Compass Health is a comprehensive oncology patient education system built around clarity, empathy, and accessibility. I developed the full brand identity from the ground up: logo, brand guidelines, color system, typography, website, and digital and print assets.


The central design challenge was building something that felt warm and trustworthy without being clinical or sterile, a common pitfall in healthcare branding. The compass logo was a deliberate answer to that: navigation through uncertainty, grounded and reassuring rather than cold or corporate. The color system followed the same logic, steering away from the typical medical blues toward a palette that felt human and approachable.


Within the first year of launch, the brand supported a partnership with a major hospital system, a strong signal that the identity resonated with the right audiences.


This project reflects how I approach brand work: every visual decision tied back to who the user is, what they need to feel, and what the brand needs to communicate.

Weekly Content Design for a Regional Furniture Brand
E.F. Brannon is a regional furniture retailer with a strong local following and a brand rooted in quality, craftsmanship, and home. The work here is ongoing and wide-ranging: weekly blog posts, recurring social content, product spotlights, seasonal campaigns, brand features, testimonial graphics, and style guides.


The creative challenge with a weekly content cadence is consistency without repetition. Every post has to feel on-brand and purposeful while staying fresh enough to hold an audience's attention over time. That means developing a flexible content system rather than designing individual posts in isolation.


The social content spans multiple content types, including product launches, brand spotlights, lifestyle inspiration, customer testimonials, and seasonal promotions, all adapted to Instagram's format while maintaining a cohesive visual identity. The weekly blog adds a content strategy layer, translating product knowledge and home design trends into readable, visually engaging editorial content.


Working within E.F. Brannon's existing brand identity rather than building from scratch presented its own constraints, and finding creative range within those boundaries has been a consistent part of the work over two years.

As We See It: A Look Into Healthcare’s Future
Editorial Design &#38;amp; Copywriting / Healthcare
ENTRADA challenged its team to think seriously about where healthcare was heading post-pandemic, and this publication was the result. I designed and co-wrote an editorial piece compiling predictions and perspectives from across the company, positioning ENTRADA's leadership as credible voices in the healthcare space.


The design challenge was giving a collection of diverse opinions a unified, authoritative visual identity. Everything had to feel cohesive and on-brand while still giving each contributor's perspective room to breathe on the page.


The publication drove meaningful traffic and social engagement when it launched, and served as a lead generation tool for the company.

Multi-Channel Campaign Design / Ongoing
Campaign Design / Print / Digital / Events
School Neuropsychology Institute (SNI) is a continuing education provider for school psychologists, approved by NASP, APA, and the New York State Education Department. The core challenge was straightforward but demanding: drive enrollment across multiple programs and courses while maintaining a consistent, credible brand presence across every channel their audience touches.


The work spans the full marketing ecosystem. For digital, I designed social ads for individual course launches including the Post-Graduate Certification Program and a new AI Ethics course, adapting each for platform-specific formats while keeping the brand immediately recognizable. For print, I produced direct mail postcards, half-page trade publication ads, and a retractable banner for conference exhibitions. Each format had its own constraints, hierarchy requirements, and audience context, and the design challenge was making them all feel like they belonged to the same campaign without being identical.


As with most client work, some design decisions were directed by SNI rather than made independently. Certain graphic elements, color choices, and content priorities reflect the client's established preferences and brand comfort level. Working within those parameters while still pushing for clarity, consistency, and visual quality is part of what this kind of ongoing client relationship requires.


A consistent visual language runs through everything: the SNI color system, the icon suite representing each program path, and a typographic approach that balances authority with accessibility, important for an audience of licensed professionals who need to trust what they're reading.


The campaign supported a measurable increase in enrollment, validating that the creative was doing its job across channels.


Working with SNI is a good example of how I approach long-term client relationships: building a flexible system early that can scale to new programs, formats, and audiences without starting from scratch each time.

This project asked a hard design question: how do you present complex medical data to patients who are scared, overwhelmed, and not trained to read clinical charts?


I designed a webpage and companion blog post translating prostate cancer data into clear, accessible visualizations for patients and caregivers. The process included direct engagement with patients, caregivers, and medical professionals through test groups, which shaped every decision about language, hierarchy, and visual complexity.


The core challenge was trust. Medical data can feel cold and alienating when presented clinically. The design prioritized warmth and clarity over precision-for-its-own-sake, using plain language, approachable typography, and visualizations built around what patients actually needed to understand rather than what the data technically showed.


This project sits at the intersection of design, empathy, and healthcare communication, which is territory I find genuinely compelling.

Abigail is a high-contrast display typeface I designed during the Principles of Typeface Design course at Type@Cooper in 2020, a ten-week program run by one of the most respected type design institutions in the world.


The brief was open: develop a typeface from sketches through a working digital font. Abigail emerged as a high-contrast serif with dynamic, sharp details, designed for headlines where elegance and presence matter. The process pushed me to understand letterforms at a level that informs every typographic decision I make in brand and layout work.


Type design is slow, precise, and humbling. It changed how I see type in everything I design.

Viva Moc Vegas
 Brand &#38;amp; Logo Design 
























UTC's annual Homecoming needed a logo that captured the energy of Las Vegas while staying firmly within the university's brand guidelines, two creative directions that don't naturally want to coexist.


The solution balanced the boldness and showmanship of the Vegas aesthetic with UTC's established color system and typographic standards. After presenting to the Homecoming Committee, the design was approved, and I was brought on to extend it across the full event brand: printed materials, display banners, social media graphics, GIF animations, and t-shirts.


It's a good example of designing within constraints. The brief was specific, the brand rules were non-negotiable, and the creative challenge was finding the energy within those boundaries rather than around them.
